AIDebtCollection.Net (hereinafter "we", "our" or "the Platform"), operated by Clemento, is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to protect it.

  • Registration data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, address.
  • Receivables data: information about debtors (name, contact details), amounts owed, invoices.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store any credit card numbers.
  • Third-party connection data: if you connect your QuickBooks account, we store the OAuth2 access tokens required for synchronization. We only access the accounting data required (invoices, customers, payments).
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, login history.

3. Use of data

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and improve our automated collection services.
  • Process payments and manage transfers.
  • Synchronize your accounting data with QuickBooks (if enabled).
  • Send communications related to your account and your receivables.
  • Ensure platform security.

4. QuickBooks integration

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account:

  • We access your invoices, customers and payments via the QuickBooks API.
  • Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted in our database.
  • You can revoke access at any time from your settings.
  • We only modify your QuickBooks data according to your synchronization preferences (payments, fees).

5. Data sharing

We never sell your personal data. Your data may be shared with:

  • Stripe: for payment processing.
  • Intuit (QuickBooks): if you have connected your account.
  • Service providers: hosting, email and SMS delivery, to the extent necessary to provide the service.

6. Security

We implement security measures that meet industry standards: encryption of communications (HTTPS/TLS), password hashing, two-factor authentication, and restricted access to sensitive data.

7. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Data required for legal or accounting obligations may be retained longer.

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct or update your information.
  • Request deletion of your data.
